I am Eva. I love nature. Yoga. Colours. Getting my hands dirty and going barefoot.

I love exploring, moving in new ways. Learning. Getting inspired, sharing.

I love to smile. To be with my loved ones.

I love life, with all the bliss and grit it has to offer.

I have been practicing yoga since 2011.

My first training was a 200 RYT Ashtanga at the Brussels Yoga Loft (2015). Followed by STRALA Intense (2016) and 300 RYT Vinyasa Yoga certification at Sampoorna Yoga School in India (2018).  In the beginning of 2019 I took Barefoot Training Specialist ® Level 1+2  certification in Madeira. April 2019 took me deeper into the world of Yin Yoga with Joe Barnett  (Foundations & Yin Yoga, Next Level: Assists & Target Areas + The Rebound & Chakra Meditation in Sampoorna Yoga Studio Brussels).

My experience

Since 2015 I have been giving weekly classes & workshops in my home studio- the Brussels Yoga Loft. During the warmer months, I have been blessed by being able to guide the flowy classes in the parcs of Brussels. Various corporate classes were also on the menu.

Towards Permaculture

One of the most significant doorways the practice of yoga opened for me was the one into the world of mindfulness and meditation. Being on the very beginning of this journey, I tend to question. The role and the power of the individual in the society. The everyday decisions and the impact of these tiny, seemingly unimportant acts on the entire cycle of life on the Earth. Question the values, the conditionings. What is real and what is being forced upon us. Where lies the real freedom. How to approach the less pleasant parts of life. How to soften into the tension. Or, is it at all possible? If so, why to do so anyways?

All this drove me to be interested more and more in the permaculture. And so it happened that I took my first permaculture design certification in Portugal in 2018 with Circle Permaculture
