Who Am I ?

I am Eva. I love nature. Yoga. Colours. Getting my hands dirty and going barefoot. I love when something makes me want to make the hmmm yum sounds, I love touching young pine needles, sticking my feet in the warm sand, eating overripe bananas. I love to smile. To be with my loved ones. To hear birds singing in the morning. To smell the freshly grounded coffee. And to have a piece of chocolate while drinking it. Or two pieces. Ah and I could go on and on and on. I guess I love life.

I have been practicing yoga since 2011.

My first training was a 200 RYT Ashtanga TT at the Brussels Yoga Loft (2015). Followed by STRALA Intense (2016) and 300 RYT Vinyasa Yoga certification at Sampoorna Yoga School in India (2018).

One of my passions is to keep learning and exploring- and well, attending workshops is a good way to do so. Some of the workshops that I have taken and that left a significant footprint in my practice were for workshops with Meghan Currie & Pradeep Teotia, budokon yoga workshop with Gertrud and also ashtanga workshops with Manju Jois and Damien de Bastier.

One of the very important doorways the practice of yoga opened for me was the one into the world of mindfulness and meditation. Being on the very beginning of this life long journey, couple of significant questions started to pop up. The role and the power of the individual in the society. The every day decisions and the impact of these tiny, seemingly unimportant acts on the entire cycle of life on the Earth.

All this drove me to be interested more and more in the permaculture. And so it happened that I took my first PDC in Portugal in 2018 with Circle Permaculture.

And it was, literally, life changing.
